Preethi Saravanakumar is a software developer by profession. Writing poetry remains her primary passion; she also writes children's literature. Preethi has written hundreds of poems, which have been published in various places, including her blog, magazines, and Instagram. Her first book of poetry was published in 2011. Her latest volume, Scribblings of My Soul, recently won 3 book awards. And her latest nonfiction book, Pearls of My Mind, has won 2 awards. Her latest Children's Picture Book has won the Literary Titan Silver award and was well received. Several of her books are available in the Library Of Michigan (Preserved in Local Authors Heritage Room), and in many other public libraries across the USA. She recently published her Science Fiction Novella, ‘Lost. Leap. Loop.’ that won the Literary Titan Award too. She is being trained in Odissi, an Indian classical dance form. She has already performed on five stages, an upcoming performance in Detroit Institute of Arts.
