California Bear

Four people--teen detective Matilda, her ex-con dad, and a retired cop and his genealogist wife--form an unofficial vigilante committee with the goal of bringing elusive criminals to justice, including the notorious serial killer referred to as the California Bear, who seems to have stopped killing 30 years ago.
